Shipping times
We ship your orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24.
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom, International Shipping is coming soon.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Please note that the delivery timescale at present is just an estimate, although of course, we are doing our very best to get our orders out as quickly as possible
How do I Track My Order?
Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation.
Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history.
Exchanges and Refunds
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy.
Please contact us at contact@tshirtlabs.co.uk to request a refund or exchange.
Please note - Personalised items (including but not limited to items with personalised names, years, designs etc) are not eligible for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please enclose the returns form or a note with your name and order number on so we can identify your order upon arrival. Any order returned without this information may be delayed.
For the safety and well being of our staff and customers, we are following strict protocol with regards to the return of products.
Therefore, please note, the following rules apply :-
- Items must be returned with all original tags attached
- Items returned must be in their original cello packaging
- Items must be unworn, clean, and in a re-saleable condition
Any item returned in an unacceptable condition (e.g. makeup stains, human or pet hairs etc), will not be accepted, and the item(s) will be returned back to you via Royal Mail 48.
If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
- Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is required and approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after. Refunds are processed in 7-14 working days from the return being received back
What will happen if I miss the delivery?
All deliveries made by Royal Mail may require a signature. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide this. In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a 'while you were out' card where you will have the option to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office.
Should the courier be unable to complete delivery and the parcel has been left at the depot for over 1 week, your order will be returned to us. In these cases T-Shirt Labs reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we incur.
I want to change or cancel my order?

If production has started we will not be able to cancel or change your order.
